Tip: If you plan to book Yonder in advance, we recommend getting an RV spot on the west side of the property. We personally liked them better since they are closer to the main lodge and the outdoor movie theater. Cabin #31 is our favorite.

Best Restaurants & Cafes Near Yonder Escalante
Hells Backbone Grill: This delicious farm-to-table restaurant is located about an hour from Yonder Escalante in Boulder. It is always busy, so get there right when it opens at 4 PM to avoid long wait times. We went at around 6 and had to wait two hours to get seated since they don’t take reservations!
Escalante Outfitters: This was our go-to restaurant while staying at Yonder Escalante. It is located right in the town of Escalante, around 10 minutes from Yonder. The menu features pizza, sandwiches, and salads so there is something for everyone. We also loved their small outdoor patio, perfect for watching the sunset while enjoying your meal.
Kiva Koffeehouse: Somewhere between Yonder Escalante and Boulder Utah is Kiva Koffeehouse, literally in the middle of nowhere. With sweeping views and great coffee, it provides the perfect break during your drive through the mesmerizing Grand-Staircase National Monument. If Yonder is sold out during the time of your visit, look into the Kiva Kottage Escalante, right next to the coffee shop.

Circle D: Also right in the town of Escalante, Circle D is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Though we didn’t try their food, we only heard great things. We did, however, stop by to get their house-made masala chai, twice!
Ranch Dog Kitchen: On your way out of the town of Escalante is Ranch Dog, their menu focuses primarily on fresh and delicious hotdogs. Check their hours to make sure they are open before you go.
